This is totally unrelated to Mono.

Please check the docs of Assembly.Load().
AssemblyName is *not* a file name.

Not "FullPath\__Intermediate.dll" and not "__Intermediate.dll".

Just "__Intermediate". This is the (partial) assembly name
of the assembly.
