[Release] Gnonlin v0.2.0

The GStreamer and Gnonlin team are happy to announce the initial
public release of the Gnonlin non-linear editing library.

This library allows easy creation of audio and/or video non-linear
editor using the GStreamer multimedia framework and all available
GStreamer plugins.
