GStreamer 0.9.x series releases

Hi everyone,

We just made the first releases in the 0.9 development series of
GStreamer.

This series focuses on making the GStreamer API threadsafe.

These releases are meant for developers to look at, play with, poke
holes in and report bugs in.

WARNING WARNING WARNING !
This release might be harmful to your sanity.  No reports of data loss
has been filed yet, however, so if your sanity is of little value feel
free to give this a try.  As long as you don't make end users install it
yet making them believe that it is more ready than 0.8.
