What is the command to get the compress dialog in nautilus 2.30.1

Hello,

What is the command to get the compress dialog (shown in attachment) in
nautilus 2.30.1?

I used file-roler then its open the archive manager directly, but I need
this dialog to open.

Please help if somebody know.
