How to add files to device without decrease speed copy

Hello,

This is a very common problem of file manager applications. When you add
new files to one device (copy) the speed copy decrease.

This happen because the copy occur in paralel mode.

How can i set nautilus to copy files to this device by serial form? Start a
copy of new file after finish the actual file.
