What is the size of the RAW images? By default, Nautilus doesn't create
thumbnails for files larger than 100 MB.

This limit can be configured in the Preferences. Open the "Files"
application menu, on the top bar, and choose "Preferences". In the
Preferences window, go to the "Preview" tab. There you will find the "Only
for files smaller than" option.
