HP 200LX icons

Hi all,

I would like to get thumbnails of HP 200LX icon files, like most other 
image files.

I have C code for converting this format.

First I thought I would write a `thumbnailer,' but then I read that if 
the image file is smaller than 128x128, no thumbnail is needed. The 
icons are 44x32 pixels.

So I am wondering where is the best place to add my conversion code, if 
it is not a thumbnailer?
