Sorry, I mean GO specific stuff, not application specific.

We need a basic forum where each project understands the GO-related
intentions of the other projects.  By formally identifying the
Go-related intentions of projects we can then scrutinise and suggest
anything else that might be pertinent.

With nothing formally declared, what can anybody review?  We need a
starting point; I'm saying that a basic roadmap would be this.
