Error caused by python

I use redhat 7.3.1 with Gnome in a Pentium III PC compatible.

Every time I turn my computer off, appear the following  message:
"The application /usr/bin/python has failed due a fatal error.
 Segment violation.
Contact with Gnome for error of applications."

I do not why I get this error because I do not work with python.

Can Anyone tell me how to fix this?
