refreshing nautilus

Hi ! Is there a way to refresh nautilus desktop automaticaly after creating a new item. I always have to press ctrl-R to refresh it, which is kind of annoying. Thank you. -- Antoine JACOUTOT http://linuxfr.dyndns.org [email protected]
