RedHat 8 - MetaCity Performance

I run RH linux on a laptop.  
To improve performance I prefer to turn off opaque window behavior (movement
and resize) in RH 7.3 using Sawfish.
Does RH v8 (using MetaCity) have an option or setting to use box behavior
rather than opaque for movement and resize ?
