Strange behaviour of metacity with full screen apps

Hi,

My application runs on Redhat8 GNOME with metacity in fullscreen mode.

When my application is started, it runs in full screen mode as expected a=
nd does not allow to switch to any other app windows.

But if i run gnome-terminal in full screen mode and then run my applicati=
on, i can switch to any other application windows. This is disabled as so=
on as i quit full screen mode of gnome-terminal.

It look strange to me, and not understading relation with gnome-terminal.

If anybody knows why is it so, please let me know.
