GPARoot.printers is never freed?

AFAICT from looking at both libgnomeprint/gpa/gpa-root.[ch] and the
valgrind report on a program (xmlroff) that uses libgnomeprint,
gpa_root->printers is set to a 'printers_list' in gpa_init() that is
not freed (or otherwise unreferenced) in gpa_root_finalize().

If it is intended that the 'printers_list' is not freed or
unreferenced in gpa_root_finalize(), how is the 'printers_list'
intended to be freed?
