As far as I can see from that bug the reporter is complaining about two things: 1) Lots of entries in the CUPS access log: well, the default CUPS access log is verbose, simply tune it down. 2) The polling continuing after the print dialog has been closed: that's definitely a bug. I can't seem to reproduce it here. In any case these are bugs, not reasons to revert important end user visible functionality. --=-drPe90UsSzD13J6GyC+E Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name=signature.asc Content-Description: This is a digitally signed message part -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.1 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQBC3myIOIkJWWp2WGURAhUJAJ9Lm0kjAHalUR5va4phJ4z4oFQY+QCfc6cC 0ABnerKgI0J6/wVtwqcbdeU= =mqT7 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --=-drPe90UsSzD13J6GyC+E-- --===============1050174249== Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Content-Disposition: inline _______________________________________________ gnome-print-list mailing list [email protected] http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/gnome-print-list --===============1050174249==--
