OK. I did not know that the 2nd would not work at all :-)
10th of August sounds OK to me. Getting the time right is really hard
with these things.
Lets say the meeting is at 17:00 UTC, then the time in most of Europe is
15:00 but in Sydney it is already 1:00 (am). And at the US Pacific coast
it would be 8:00 in the morning.
(I hope that I got the numbers right ...)
