Tooltip bg color in Dapper Human Theme

Hello:
I like the new Human Theme in Ubuntu Dapper. I do not care for the
canary yellow tooltip bg. I did this gtkrc hack to make the tooltip bg
more of a tangerine color. Is this a bad thing? Is there a better way
to change the tooltip color? I don't know anything about theme
scripting.
