Tango-switch for Epiphany

Hi everyone,

I've opened some bugs to have Tango-style icons in Epiphany, and
opefully to make Ephy icon naming standard compliant.

Bugs are related to icon naming standard, gnome-icon-theme and epiphany
itself. Here is the list:

      * bugzilla.gnome.org - epiphany - 348350 - Switch to Tango-style
        icons and Icon Naming Standard named icons [1]
      * bugzilla.gnome.org - g-i-t - 348389 - Add document-page-setup
        icon [2]
      * bugzilla.gnome.org - g-i-t - 348394 - Update stock_lock* icons
        to Tango style [3]
      * bugs.freedesktop.org - Tango - 5741 - Tango specification is
        missing mail-send and mail-receive [4]
      * bugs.freedesktop.org - Tango - 7599 - No icons for lock/security
        (status context) in Icon Naming Specification
      * bugs.freedesktop.org - Tango - 7600 - Add non *-new icons to
        Standard Icon Names

Of course the switch needs also a non-infrasctucture work, i.e. someone
to draw icons :-)

By now, urgent icons are the ones for Boorkmark and History menu and
bookmark items (to place in Epiphany itself) ad icons for bug #348394
(padlock). All that icons are showed by default in the main window.

*Cough*Unfortunately*Cough* on July 28 I'll be going on vacation and
I'll stay away from any network connected device (apart my GSM no-wap
mobile). Anyone interested in keeping traks of those stuff?
