"enable-grid-lines" and "enable-tree-lines" are properties of
GtkTreeView. They are not style properties, and therefore cannot be
controlled by the theme.
I found bugs http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=106406 and
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=142415 which contain some
discussion about this.
