No unstable releases (2.19.x) for gnome-icon-theme

Due to massive additions in gnome-icon-theme (and usage of newly added
icons in applications) a development release for g-i-t will be really
appreciated.

The Tarballs Due for next development version (GNOME 2.19.5) is July 9.

PS maybe we need a new icon-naming-utils release too
