New icon-naming-utils release needed [was Re: artists meeting at guadec]

Andreas, this meeting could be a good place to check if all legacy icons
are linked by icon-naming-utils. There are several missing links I found
recently, when new icons were added to g-i-t: see bugs 11507, 11482,
11481, 11480, 11479, 11467, 11466 on bugs.freedesktop.org

A cumulative patch (based on cvs sources) for those bugs is attached,
but there could be others.

I've asked Rodney to release a new version of icon-naming-utils, but yet
no reply from him. 

PS There is also bug 11468, take a look.
PPS note jhbuild is using 0.8.1 while 0.8.2 is available
PPPS note also that we should also check for legacy icons still in
g-i-t: if the new is available and the link created, we should remove
them
