I'll join the hackfest in the middle of the week.

I have two main interests:

 + find some way to help people stay excited about what they're doing
   after the hackfest will be over, so that the work can continue on the
   mailing list, irc, etc.

 + see which ideas should get pushed for GNOME 3, and generally help
   tweak the GNOME 3 plans based on the activities during the hackfest.

(to put it another way: I won't be the person with the ideas ;-))
