Annoying hot spot location

One gentleman noted on the Debian mailing list that the current hot spot
location is annoying because whether you have a full-screen window, or a
window in the upper left-hand corner, an application's File menu or
browser's back button is very close by. This is a big problem. I
accidently hit the hot spot dozens of times a day as well, so his post
moved me to forward his idea to you. He suggested moving the hot spot to
the lower left, which makes sense since the hot spot for the
notifications in the lower right.
