The gift of free passes could, like the t-shirt, be of considerably less value than the donation. If someone donates $5,000 and gets 2 passes worth $50 each, I think that is more clearly a gift. Though, as you say, I think we need to consider the options and try to find some gifts that are more appropriate for organizational sponsors. Brian
