gnome-control-center is already the newest version (1:3.22.1-1).

 Tails 3.0 Tor 7   realease feb 2017 



1.  screen(not  x11 !) background color



command line 

root   ...gnome-control-centr  background  



Started  window with  Title "Background"   and color must be
selected per mouse


   Developer forget  install black color  in  menu ( pink  yellow
   .. present)


  How can  perform this task   ... from command line  ?



 ...gnome-control-centr  background  .... color= black or
 color="#000000"


   Relevant comment would appreciated 



2.   a.hide panel   per command line

(small icon in top corner as in solaris 11.3)



 how perform that from command line ?



b. remove panel
