cant login to extensions site

I tried to login to the extensions site to leave a comment on an extension,
but was unable to do so, it just kept returning me to the login page. So i
tried changing my password, (3 times) but it still wont let me in. Im based
in the philiipines, do you guys have a geoblock on the PH?
