Relationship between libgluezilla and Mono?

I've been developing a number of applications in Mono and I just started one
that uses a web browser embedded in a form. I got the "libgluezilla not
found" error like a lot of others and it took forever to find a version for
openSUSE 11.2 and I'm not sure if I have the latest,
ftp://fr2.rpmfind.net/linux/opensuse/distribution/11.2/repo/oss/suse/x86_64/libgluezilla0-2.4.2-1.4.2.x86_64.rpm.

Is gluezilla an official part of Mono, developed by another party, or
something else. I'm admittedly new to Mono and Linux, but it seems odd that
such a popular component would be easily found and installed from the mono
website. Can someone explain the relationship and tell me where to go (so
to speak) if I don't have the latest version?

Thanks,

Steve
