Bitmap from jpeg stream memory leak

A Memory leak was introduced from Mono 2.4 to 2.6 when cunstructing a Bitmap with a jpeg or png memory stream. We reported the Bug 599686. Since we need a quick fix for this problem and can't go back to 2.4. We tried building Mono 2.6.4 with the libgdiplus and System.Drawing out auf Mono 2.4, but unfortunately the leak is still there.
