WinForms development status?

Hi guys, I don't know if it's global to Mono or specific to WinForms, but I've noticed WinForms development has been quite slow lately. New bugs keep being reported (now at 450 open bugs), and few are resolved (for the record: 7 bug fixed since September, that's like 2 per month).
