which bugzilla to use

Hi,

Someone posted a bug report in the novell bugzilla about:
   DataGridViewComboboxColumn does not respect DisplayMember
   when adding new rows programatically

The bug does seem to appear in the bugzilla from xamarin.

Does xamarin still watch the novell bugzilla reports? Is it better to 
report bugs in the xamarin one. Then the Novell one should maybe be closed.
