Help with Mono Config File

Hello,

I'm in the process of porting over a WinForms application to Mac OS. I
stumbled upon a bug that BugZilla already
found<https://bugzilla.xamarin.com/show_bug.cgi?id=8309>,
and the solution to the bug was to remove two incorrect dll mappings in the
config file. Unfortunately, when I try to remove these lines, I get an
"access denied" dialog. How can I go about fixing this?
