Hi,

I think it could be useful if the window which owns the _NET_WM_CM_Sn
selection has a name (_NET_WM_NAME and/or WM_NAME). Compiz and xcompmgr
already do it.

Btw, a name is already required for _NET_SUPPORTING_WM_CHECK window. So
it sounds like a good idea to do the same for the _NET_WM_CM_Sn owner
window.

So I suggest to add the following to "_NET_WM_CM_Sn Manager Selection"
section:

"The owner window MUST also have the _NET_WM_NAME property set to the
name of the composite manager."

PS: I've written a patch for xcompmgr to retrieve the name of the
current composite manager if there's already one running. See bug
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=20825

Regards.
