Problems with the Installer

Hello there, I'm new here, and I'm very sad about the ximian installer :(.

Well, I've downloaded all the packages I coul need to burn a cd. Ok, before do that, I tried to install the Ximian Desktop but it crashes! I'm using a Red Hat 7.3 distribution, and I think the packages I got the right packages. Let's see how it works:

1) I execute the installer-glib-some-thing ...
2) it answers me the instalation method
3) I choose the local media method
4) I choose the normal installation type
5) It tries to begin but ... suddenly, it says: " ERROR Unable to resolve the server. Please ensure that your network connection is working properly."
6) I get myself mad :p

Well, as you see, I still can't install the Ximian Desktop for Red Hat 7.3 I got. I checked all the thing that could cause the problem, but I think everything is perfect.
