KDE 3 / Wants to update something newer ...

I installed KDE 3.0 on my system when it came out recently and now every
time I load red-carpet, it tells me it wants to update cervisia.  I
currently have Version 3.0.0 Release 2 on my system.  Red Carpet wants
to update it with 1:1.4.1-2.  Obviously 3.0 is much higher than 1.1.4,
so I am confused to why it is doing this.  Bug?  Should I file?
