Red-Carpet Stopped Working (Error: Couldn't import gtk)

I ran an update to my RH 7.3 system last night (I subscribe to
evolution, xd2 and a few other channels.)

After the update, the next time I started red-carpet I got this error:
	Error: Couldn't import gtk.
	
I've searched the web and google groups for something similar, but
nothing shows up.

An rpm -V on all my packages checks out OK.

Any ideas?
