I have been having this problem for about a month now. I will run red-carpet to download and install any updates to my system, and check off all of the updates. It downloads them, acts like it is installing them, then after clicking finish,I get a message saying that no packages in this channel are installed. I close Red Carpet and re run it and the updates are still there saying they have not been installed. Has anyone else had this problem? I have tried updateing individual packages, thinking that may help, but does not work. I have cleared the /var/red-carpet/cache, and still no luck. Can anyone out there help me out with this? I am running Red Hat 8.0 and have Evolution, and Red-Carpet installed. Thanks in advance for any help. -- Patrick Parks [email protected] (972) 416-9927 Home (469) 939-6460 Mobile "May the SOURCE be with GNU"
