No channels in red-carpet

I would like to evaluate Ximian(r) Connector for Microsoft Exchange on
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3.0 WS for x86.  I have downloaded and
installed Red Carpet, but the only channel that shows up is "Red Carpet
2".  When I try to refresh the channel data I see the following in
syslog:

Jan 21 08:30:14 machine rcd[6855]: id=3D36 COMPLETE 'Downloading
http://red-carpet.ximian.com/redcarpet2/common/channel.png' time=3D0s
(failed)

What do I need to do to get the Ximian(r) Connector for Microsoft
Exchange channel to show up?  Anything I should check?  It's a clean
install of RHEL3.
