Soup error SSH Handshake failed

I'm trying to rug sa https://myserver but get an error 

ERROR: Unable to mount service for 'https://myserver': Unable to
download service info: IO error -Soup error: SSL handshake failed (8).  

I've poked around but havn't been able to find anything that works.
