Update broke Galeon browser

After running red-carpet, the Galeon web browser quit working. I first
noticed this when I clicked on a link in Evolution email, and nothing
happened. I tried starting Galeon directly, hour glass icon for a long
time, then nothing. I can copy the link into FireFox successfully.
