Red Carpet and Red Hat Linux 9.0 compatibility?

Any one successfully get red carpet working with RH Linux 9.0 yet?

When I attempt to load red carpet I get an error,


Red Carpet is unable to determine system type or distribution of system. I 
had Red Carpet working with RH 8.0, so I suspect Ximian will have to upgrade 
red carpet for RH Linux 9.0...
