Spell Checking

List, I am using 1.3.92 and for some reason my spell check is not working. I have went to Tools--->Settings--->Composer Preferences--->Spell Checking and there is nothing listed in there. I have all the packages that Red Carpet installed for all the updates. How would I add spell checking to Evo?
