diagnostic:
rpm -qa | grep spell

Evolution 1.[34] requires the gnome-spell1.0 package, which in turn
requires new aspell on some platforms, and legacy apps that require the
older aspell or pspell will need -compat packages.

You may be better off on [email protected] or [email protected] since
this isn't fundamentally a Red Carpet issue.
