Hey,

It's a bit harsh to suggest that because the nightly snapshots (which
are development previews for testing purposes) of gnome2 don't work that
gnome2 isn't ready for the masses.

If you want something that works, then use the Gnome2 official release. 
Remember, you're playing around with software that actively being
developed and isn't ready for release, so don't expect it to always
work.

If you don't think that the official gnome2 releases are ready for the
masses then your welcome to your opinion (I have mixed feelings), just
don't confuse the snapshots with the official gnome2 release.  The
problems you are having aren't in the official release.
