I'm using the current snapshots from Ximian on Redhat 7.3 When I open a terminal window, typing text into the prompts caused weird rendering issues. The prompt doesn't appear, but the cursor indicates that it is there. If I type, the text appears as a solid block, but on pressing enter, the command (or whatever I typed) appears, and is run. If I open a terminal window, then focus somewhere else, and then back to the window the text appears. Dragging the window also has the same affect. If I run vi, the first character on the first line (where the cursor is) appears, but the rest of the document isn't visible. Pressing some keys (SHIFT for example) make the document appear, and again, if you drag the window or refocus it everything appears. Run vi again (on any document in the directory) and it appears correctly. cd to a new directory and run vi and you've got problems again. Has anyone else seen this?
