introducing... dan mills

over the next week or so, dan mills <[email protected]> is going to be 
taking over maintenance of the gnome 2 snapshots.

he has worked on the hp-ux port, as well as on our internal build tools.

it should be a smooth transition, but please have patience while the 
switchover occurs.

(and i just fixed the problem causing no snaps to get pushed over the 
last couple of days)
