Hi, RedHat 7.3 Snapshot: 200211081948-0.snap.ximian.1 (and for snapshots in the last week or so too) I've noticed that gnome-panel will slowly consume all the available ram on my box. After a while I can't launch new apps because it has no memory to fork the new process. It starts off using about 4% of my available ram, but it grows to 40% after a while. PID USER PRI NI SIZE RSS SHARE STAT %CPU %MEM TIME COMMAND 8746 damon 15 0 135M 43M 5852 S 0.0 17.3 0:19 gnome-panel killing the process and letting restart seems to be the workaround for now. Has anybody else seen this? -- Damon Brodie <[email protected]> Bridgewater Systems _______________________________________________ gnome-2-snapshots maillist - [email protected] http://lists.ximian.com/mailman/listinfo/gnome-2-snapshots
