icons in menus

Hello, I have a problem, i have installed RH 7.3,+ Ximian Gnome Desktop, 
after that, i installed the gnome-2-snapshot, and now i haven't the down 
panel  and the icons in menus are lost.

Please any sugestion, thanks.
