OT: URLs in Evolution not work w/ our snaps?

This is off-topic, but the Evolution folks said "not our issue," so I
figured that I'd at least see if anyone is having this issue.  Other
applications, e.g. GAIM, are able to open up a web browser in response
to a URL clicked on, but this does not work at all in Evolution.  I get
the following in a log:

Gnome-Message: gnome_execute_async_with_env_fds: returning -1

Evolution folk said "we don't call gnome_execute_async_with_env_fds so
it must be a gnome-libs bug or something"

Has anyone else suffered from this?
