Tried it - no go. Thanks for the pointer, though. Sigh. I'm not even sure where to look, or what to check, at this point. It's sort of frustrating. Maybe I should just give up for now and wait until the official Ximian release of Gnome 2 comes out and then start bugging people if I can't get anti-aliasing working. Bah. Are there any other requirements for AA? Like hardware requirements? Video cards? Specific version of the kernel, or X, or something? Anyone know, or have links to any docs on that?
