Hi there (i'm not on list so please reply directly), I'm trying to build libsoup from CVS (so i can eventually get evolution CVS going) but it's failing with the following: gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I.. -DG_LOG_DOMAIN=\"SOUP\" -DSYSCONFDIR=\"/home/stewart/local-evolution//etc\" -DLIBEXECDIR=\"/home/stewart/local-evolution//libexec\" -I.. -I/usr/include/glib-2.0 -I/usr/lib/glib-2.0/include -g -O2 -Wall -Wstrict-prototypes -Wmissing-declarations -Wmissing-prototypes -Wnested-externs -Wpointer-arith -D_REENTRANT -Wp,-MD,.deps/soup-socket.pp -c soup-socket.c -o soup-socket.o >/dev/null 2>&1 make[2]: *** No rule to make target `soup-ssl.c', needed by `soup-ssl.lo'. Stop. make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/stewart/gnome-dev/libsoup/libsoup' make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/stewart/gnome-dev/libsoup' make: *** [all-recursive-am] Error 2 I updated from anoncvs abotu 10 mins ago, so it's pretty current. the soup-ssl.c file seems to be missing from my copy, is this intentional and just temporary breakage? or is it all unintentional and whoops? or am i missing the deeper truth(tm) and being silly somewhere? thanks in advance, stew _______________________________________________ Soup-list maillist - [email protected] http://lists.ximian.com/mailman/listinfo/soup-list
