libsoup now depends on gnutls 1.0.0.

Hi,

Since I saw that the Evo devel snap channel now contains gnutls 1.0.4,
I've fixed up libsoup to require gnutls >= 1.0.0 and fixed up the use of
deprecated functions in libsoup.
